In-Person Lessons

I strive to make music lessons as accessible as possible. For face-to-face lessons:

  • I provide lessons in Piano, Oboe, Clarinet, Saxophone, Bassoon and Recorder (including music theory).
  • In-person lessons are available across central Staffordshire, from central locations in Stafford and Uttoxeter or at the student's own home (subject to location and availability). I currently cover the Lichfield, Rugeley, Stafford and Uttoxeter areas. 
  • Beginners and Casual Students are welcome as well as those with more serious goals.
  • Children (5+) and adults.
  • I hold and maintain an enhanced DBS certificate.



Online Lessons

  • Online lessons offered via Zoom - learn from the comfort of your own home!
  • Online lessons are also available to Canadian students in Canadian dollars.



Online Group Recorder Lessons

The recorder can be one of the most accessible instruments to play, both in ease of learning and cost outlay. I am currently exploring providing online small-group lessons at a reduced rate aimed at:


  • Total beginners
  • Those who read music and are looking for a new outlet
  • Those looking to move from descant to treble recorder
